PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthogonal laminated plate improved in cost. SOLUTION: An orthogonal laminated plate comprises a plurality of lamina layers laminated and bonded， and each lamina layer is composed of a plurality of laminae arranged adjacent to each other in the width direction. Among the plurality of lamina layers， a first lamina layer and a second lamina layer positioned in the outermost layer have a fiber direction along the first axial direction. A third lamina layer having a fiber direction along a second axis direction orthogonal to the first axis direction is arranged between the first lamina layer and the second lamina layer. The third lamina layer comprises a lamina having a length in the width direction less than 3.5 times the thickness， and the laminae adjacent to each other in the width direction are bonded to each other in the third lamina layer. Each lamina may also comprise a lamina having a thickness of 38 mm or a two-by material. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
