This data set represents the transcriptome data of the Empoasca onukii Matsuda after being treated with Pogostemon cablin essential oil at LC50 for 12h. Table 1 shows the chemical composition analysis of Cinnamomum camphora essential oil. Tables S2 to S8 represent transcriptome data, including P-values, Expressions, log2FoldChange, and other information of 2309 differentially expressed genes in the control and treatment groups. The differentially expressed genes include information related to detoxification, antioxidant activity, and stress response. It also includes information such as annotations, counts, and FPKM values for all genes. Table S9 represents the raw data from Figures 1 to 4 and Table 4 in the text.Table S1.
