The Turkish Legislative Records Dataset (TLR Dataset) includes parliamentary speeches from the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM), covering legislative terms 22-28 (years 2002-2026). Data coverage corresponds to the full period of Justice and Development Party (AKP) rule in Turkish politics. Speeches were scraped from the official TBMM website (`tbmm.gov.tr`).
