资源简介:
Parasitic nematodes of Anisakidae family are agents of anisakiasis, a fish-borne zoonosis causing gastrointestinal illness and/or allergic reactions in humans. Anisakis simplex sensu stricto and A. pegreffii are the two Anisakis species generally involved in human disease. Recent in-vivo and in-vitro studies have pointed out differences in pathogenic behavior of the two species. The general goal of the study is to contribute to decipher mechanisms underlie pathogenicity by the mean of transcriptomes analyses from entire larvae and from isolated esophageal/pharyngeal region, the organ putatively involved in host-tissue invasion and immune response.
