Nasopharyngeal microbiota profiles in relation to RSV infection and severity in children.

This project includes raw 16S-rRNA sequence data from the RESCEU case-control and birth cohort study. For the birth cohort study, nasopharyngeal samples were collected at baseline, during RSV and at convalescence. For the case-control study, healthy controls, RSV cases and convalescent samples were collected.
