RNA-sequencing for remimazolam against acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome

Acute lung injury (ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) poses a significant burden on global health. Remimazolam (REM), a novel sedative, has showed potential in its anti-inflammatory effects. However, the current lack of evidence hinders our ability to ascertain whether REM can ameliorate ALI/ARDS.We used transcriptional RNA-seq to investigate the mechanism of REM against ALI/ARDS in the lung of control, ALI/ARDS, and REM+ ALI/ARDS male C57BL/6 mice.
