资源简介:
In this study, we investigate how NOX2 deficient mice respond to a microbiota resembling that of wild mice ("wildling"). Cross-fostering CGD mice lines to wildling dams at postnatal days 1-2 effectively transferred the wildling microbiota to the offspring. The study aims to elucidate the impact of wildling microbiota on the microbiota composition in CGD mice, offering insights into the potential superiority of wildling flora in depicting clinical phenotypes related to certain diseases. The research provides a perspective by exploring the impact of natural wildling microbiota on p47-/- and gp91-/- mice models, dissecting the contribution of prenatal and postnatal microbial cues. Fecal samples were collected at 4, 5, and 6 weeks of age, with no interventions, allowing a thorough examination of the microbial dynamics over time.
