Libraries from FFPE DNA of Varying Integrity using the NEBNext UltraShear FFPE DNA Library Prep Kit (NEB #E6655) or the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit (NEB #E7645)

Libraries were prepared from 100 ng of FFPE normal tissue DNA with low DIN (<2), moderate DIN (DIN 3.5), and high DIN (6.8) using either the NEBNext Ultrashear FFPE DNA Library Prep Kit (E6655) or the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit (E7645) with 350 bp Covaris shearing (Covaris ML230). Replicate libraries were sequenced (2x100 bases) on a NovaSeq 6000 S1 flow cell. Libraries are downsampled to 15M read pairs.
