In this assay, we aimed to investigate the occupancy of ZFP661 and CTCF at the clustered Pcdh locus during mouse brain development. We determined the binding signals of ZFP661 and CTCF in E16.5 mouse forebrains. Anti-HA ChIP-seq was performed in endogenously tagged ZFP661-3HA E16.5 forebrains and untagged controls. ChIP-seq for CTCF was performed in WT and Zfp661 knockout (KO) E16.5 forebrains. Each type included two biological replicates.
