The main objective of this study was to analyze codon optimality in relation to somatic hypermutation in natural V(D)J repertoires. Overall design: Human tonsil B cells were sorted from one donor, and analyzed by 10x Genomics 5' scRNA-seq. 5' GEX and V(D)J libraries are included.
