Expression profile of oral tumors from KR versus KHR mice treated with tamoxifen. Mus musculus

kRas (KR) tumors grow faster when expressing kRas and HPV E6E7 (KHR). The hypothesis was to test for differences in gene expression between KR and KHR oral tumors. Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from mouse KR + tamoxifen (n=6) and KHR + tamoxifen (n=6) tumors. Expression profiles were examined by Affymetrix Mouse Gene ST 2.0 exon array (GPL18233). Studies were conducted from oral tumor formed in C57BL/6 × FVB F1 mice.
