StrainGE Bifidobacterium longum strain database (20 October 2025)

This dataset contains the Bifidobacterium longum reference genome database used for strain analysis with StrainGST (StrainGE v1.3.3). The database was constructed from NCBI genomes downloaded on 20 October 2025 (n = 102 genomes). This version reproduces the exact database used in the "Metabolic reprogramming of the infant gut by bifidobacteria-based probiotics drives exclusion of antibiotic-resistant pathobionts".
