Phlex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Dataset

This dataset contains the test data used for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Phlex, a bioinformatics pipeline for the characterisation of bacteriophage and bacterial sequencing data. The dataset includes example short-read and long-read sequencing inputs, assembled genomes and reference genomes required to execute the Phlex UAT test cases. The dataset is organised according to the input paths referenced in the Phlex UAT-001 User Acceptance Testing documentation. Users should download and extract the complete dataset before performing the test procedures. File paths shown in the UAT instructions should be replaced with the corresponding local path to the extracted test data. These files are provided solely for software testing and validation and should not be used for biological or clinical interpretation.
