[ENG:]The dataset includes documentation of clinical isolates of Malassezia pachydermatis and the associated results of phenotypic testing and in vitro susceptibility. The dataset contains isolate provenance metadata (host species, age, sex, breed, sampling site, year and voivodeship, and information on the presence of Malassezia in cytology), results of biochemical and phenotypic assays (including, among others, growth on selected media, enzymatic activities, Tween utilization, and biofilm-related results), disk diffusion results reported as inhibition zone diameters in millimeters, and MIC values for various substances.
