To clarify the effect of fatty acid on the transcriptional levels of Ralstonia and Bacillus, Ralstonia solanacearum 1.12711 was treated with lauric acid (0.2 mM),while Bacillus subtilis 168 was parallel treatment with lauric acid (0.2 mM) or dodecanedioic acid (0.2 mM) The effects on the transcriptional levels of both baceria were measured.
