资源简介:
Environmental relevant concentrations of intrauterine BPA exposure may increase body mass and contribute to obesity. Here, a mouse model was designed to examine the impact of exosomes on the development of obesity in male offspring mice that were exposed to intrauterine BPA at a dosage of 0.05 mg/kg/day. We discovered that intrauterine BPA exposure resulted in obesity in male offspring mice and identified an adipose-derived exosome miRNA miR-124-3p.
