Replication package for 'Immaterial Apart, Material Together: Statement-Level Disclosure Regulation under Cheap Machine Aggregation'

Anonymized reproducibility package for the paper 'Immaterial Apart, Material Together: Statement-Level Disclosure Regulation under Cheap Machine Aggregation'. It contains per-event model scores and labels with firm identifiers removed and dates coarsened to the month, the full analysis and scoring scripts, and two deterministic offline verifiers, verify_offline.py and verify_extras.py, that recompute every reported number without any model access, without firm identities, and without external data. Raw reply text, firm codes and names, and model prompt and response transcripts are deliberately withheld; the underlying replies are public on the Chinese exchange investor-interaction platforms. To reproduce, run: python verify_offline.py and python verify_extras.py.
