Analysis of Human bone mesenchymal stem cells treated separately with 0.1% DMSO vehicle, 100 nM hexafluoropropylene oxide dimer acid (HFPO-DA) and hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid (HFPO-TA) for 7 days. Results provide human relevant evidence for the HFPOs carcinogenicity and prioritized it for health risk assessment of PFOA alternatives, providing a promising screening model.
