Sequences of mitochondrial and nuclear genetic markers of the deep-sea urchins of the family Pourtalesiidae Agassiz, 1881 (Echinoidea)

This dataset contains aligned sequences of four genetic markers, obtained for the sea urchins of the family Pourtalesiidae (genera Pourtalesia and Cystocrepis), putative new family "Ceratophysidae" (genera Ceratophysa, Echinocrepis, Echinogutta, Echinosigra, Helgocystis and Solenocystis), family Calymnidae (genera Rodocystis and Sternopatagus), and family Carnarechinidae (genus Carnarechinus).
