长江中下游湖泊环境微生物群落多样性测序OTU数据（2019-2022年）

本数据集来自先导B项目“长江水系生物多样性丧失与生态修复策略”子课题XDB31040302“长江中下游湖泊生态系统稳定性和多样性研究”执行期间实地采集的长江中下游湖泊沉积物和水体环境样品。为了调查长江中下游湖泊微生物群落组成和多样性空间分布，送测广东美格基因科技有限公司得到微生物DNA序列数据，可用于中国东部水体生态环境的治理保护。

This dataset is derived from field-collected sediment and water environmental samples of lakes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, obtained during the implementation of sub-project XDB31040302 "Study on Ecosystem Stability and Diversity of Lakes in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River" under the Pilot Class B Project "Loss of Biodiversity and Ecological Restoration Strategies in the Yangtze River Water System". To investigate the spatial distribution of microbial community composition and diversity in the lakes of the middle and lower Yangtze River, these samples were submitted to Guangdong Magigene Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for sequencing, yielding microbial DNA sequence data. This dataset can be utilized for the management and conservation of aquatic ecological environments in eastern China.
