Data underlying "Academic Libraries at the University AI Ethics Interface: Policy–Guidance Correspondence, Provenance, and Educational Extension"

This dataset supports a comparative document analysis of publicly accessible university AI policies and academic-library educational guidance. It contains the 30-university eligibility frame, frozen document inventory and source locators, a 12-dimension normative reference matrix, policy and guidance coding manuals, independently recoded and adjudicated institution–dimension matrices, educational-extension provenance, reliability and sensitivity outputs, nested-case selection records, and source data for three manuscript figures.Primary correspondence estimates are based on six strict policy–guidance pairs. The deposit also contains file-level mappings for seven version-sensitive documents, the formal-sample calibration-independence record, and a trace of the search, screening, snowballing, and stopping procedures.No human-participant or individual-level data are included. Signed declarations, time records, coder-identifying records, blind-code mappings, complete coder workbooks, local file paths, and full copies of third-party university webpages and PDF documents are excluded. Source URLs, frozen filenames, evidence locators, version fields, and SHA-256 checksums are provided for auditability.
