CircNCOR1 suppresses lymphatic metastasis in bladder cancer

Bladder cancer (BCa) is one of the most common genitourinary malignancies worldwide, with approximately 429,800 new cases and 165,100 deaths annually in the world. Recently, circular RNA (circRNA), a class of non-coding RNA generated from pre-mRNA back splicing, has emerged as crucial mediator in various tumor initiation and progression. To identify essential circRNA that involves in the progression of BCa, Next generation sequencing (NSG) was performed in four paired BCa tissues and normal adjacent tissues (NAT). To identify essential circRNA that contributes to the progression of BCa, NGS was performed in four paired BCa tissues and normal adjacent tissues (NAT). The RNA of tissue was extracted and hybridized on illumina Hiseq 2500.
