Characterisation results of nano electrode array (NEA) and control microelectrode arrays.

This dataset contains characterisation results of 3 control chips and 3 nano electrode array (NEA) chips. The data includes measurements of noise and gain attributed only to circuitry, as well as noise, impedance, and attenuation attributed to the microelectrodes and nano electrodes. Measurements were taken using on-chip circuitry. Electrode-related noise, impedance, and attenuation were measured under wet conditions using a saline solution. The dataset is organised in an Excel file with multiple tabs corresponding to the different characterisation parameters: Noise attributed to circuitry ("Dry_noise") Gain attributed to circuitry ("Dry_gain") Noise attributed to the micro- and nano-electrodes ("Wet_noise") Impedance attributed to the micro- and nano-electrodes ("Impedance") Attenuation attributed to the micro- and nano-electrodes ("Attenuation") Each tab features 3 columns with data from the control chips and 3 columns with data from the NEA chips.
