Training Dataset for SW480 and SW620 Cell Classification Using Digital Holography and Event-Based Imaging

This dataset was used in the article "Label-Free Imaging Flow Cytometry with Rare Cell Classification using Motion-Sensitive-Triggered Interferometry." It contains training data used to classify SW480 and SW620 colorectal cancer cells. For each label (SW480, SW620), the corresponding files are organized in separate subfolders and includes: 1. Optical Path Difference (OPD) maps stored as .npy files 2. Amplitude images stored as .npy files 3. Hologram images in .png format (off-axis interferograms) 4. Event-based images in .png format (synthesized from event-based camera output)
