Reconstructed MAGs

These MAGs were reconstructed using a total of 11 shotgun metagenomic datasets obtained from four distinct oceanic sectors of the western Arctic Ocean, including the Bering Sea, the south Chukchi Sea, the north Chukchi Sea, and the central Arctic Ocean. The compendium of MAGs comprised autotrophic, phototrophic, and chemolithotrophic prokaryotic groups (both bacteria and archaea), including sulfide-oxidizing, sulfate-reducing bacteria; nitrifiers; ammonia-oxidizing archaea; methanogens; and nitrogen-fixing prokaryotes.
