This repository contains the MATLAB source code and numerical datasupporting the results presented in the manuscript ontrajectory-resolved feedback control of inelastic transport andcoherence in a three-terminal double quantum dot. The files are organized into two main folders. The first folder containsthe programs and data used to reproduce Figs. 2 and 3, which investigatephoton-resolved feedback control of the competing inelastic transportcycles and its influence on the electron current, photon heat current,electrical power, efficiency, and trajectory-resolved transportstatistics. The second folder contains the programs and data used to reproduceFigs. 4 and 5. These calculations describe the coherence-protectionprotocol based on monitored dephasing jumps and conditional phasecorrection. The electronic dynamics is evaluated using a completelypositive finite-coarse-graining generator. The files reproduce thesteady-state coherence, electron current, coherence and power recovery,the explicit coherent contribution to the current, and the continuousapproach to the fully secular limit. The repository also includes an independent numerical check programused to verify probability conservation, stationary currentconservation, positivity of the reduced density matrix, and theconsistency of the electronic Kossakowski matrices. The MATLAB scripts, model parameters, and underlying numerical data areprovided to facilitate reproduction of the figures and verification ofthe reported results.
