GPXV Manuscript Supplementary Materials

The supplementary file includes four tables, two gb files, and a txt file. The first table lists the viruses used for phylogenetic comparison with GPXV, including their ICTV formal names, common names, natural hosts, and accession numbers. The second table shows a list of all the annotated GPXV genes along with their start coordinates, end coordinates, and strand listed. The third table provides the genomic coordinates of ORFs 8, 9, 50, and 73 within the GPXV genome. The fourth table depicts a genomic comparison of GPXV and GPHLV proteins. The gb files are the raw, complete genome of GPXV and GPHLV. The txt file is the annotated GPXV genome.
