Data and Analysis Code for Paired Relative Fatty Acid Profiles of Muscovy Duck Breast and Thigh Muscles

This record contains the de-identified source data, complete processed results, deterministic Python analysis code, software-environment record, and reproduction documentation supporting the manuscript entitled “Paired Relative Fatty Acid Profiles of Muscovy Duck Breast and Thigh Muscles: Compositional Analysis with Exploratory Balances and Stability Assessment.” The primary cohort comprised eight 70-day-old Muscovy ducks with paired breast- and thigh-muscle profiles. A four-pair, 42-day-old Cherry Valley cohort was used only for post hoc contextual analysis. Each profile contains 16 fatty acid components measured by gas chromatography with flame-ionization detection and expressed as normalized relative peak-area shares. The deposited files reproduce the reported compositional analyses, exact sign-flip inference, exploratory balances, sensitivity analyses, tables, and figures. The values do not represent absolute fatty acid concentrations. Underlying chromatographic reports and laboratory records not included in this public record are available from the corresponding authors on reasonable request.
