Triple-N Dataset: Non-human Primate Neural Responses to Natural Scenes

The Triple-N dataset contains large-scale electrophysiological recordings from the macaque ventral visual stream during passive viewing of naturalistic images. Five adult macaque monkeys viewed 1,000 images from the NSD 'Shared1000' natural scenes dataset. Neural activity was recorded using Neuropixels NHP probes at 30 kHz, providing high-density multi-contact signals across V1, V2, V4, and IT cortex. Raw data are stored in .bin format, and processed spike times, unit quality metrics, stimulus annotations, and trial alignment information are provided in .mat files, along with metadata specifying recording sites, area labels, and session parameters. This dataset enables research on neural coding, hierarchical visual processing, population dynamics, and cross-species comparison with human NSD fMRI responses.Please refer to the following links for related documentation and data:https://liyipeng-moon.github.io/Triple-N-Docs/https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.05.06.652408v1
