Establishments across Japan with 30 or more regular employees in mining, construction, manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, finance and insurance, real estate, transportation, communication & other public utilities, and other services (repair of motor vehicles and garage business, miscellaneous repair services, health care services). However, in the prefectural surveys of some prefectures establishments with 10 or more regular employees were surveyed.

涵盖日本境内拥有30名及以上正式员工的企业，涉及矿业、建筑业、制造业、批发和零售业、金融与保险业、房地产业、交通运输业、通讯及其他公共事业，以及其他服务领域（如机动车维修和车库业务、杂项维修服务、医疗服务）。然而，在部分都道府县的调查中，对拥有10名及以上正式员工的企业进行了调研。
