The present study is aimed to analyze the transcriptomic changes across the generation and development of cancer induced bone pain (CIBP) in primary afferent neuron, which would provide a comprehensive understanding of the molecular mechanisms of CIBP. The transcriptomic profiles of primary afferent neuron in DRG from different time points were examined by RNAseq technique, including gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis. Our study provide the first detailed analysis of DRG transcriptomes during the generation and development of CIBP. In total 16 samples were ananlyzed from four groups including TCI D1, TCI D7, TCI D14 and sham as control. Each group has four replicates.
