Demultiplexed and merged (paired-end) Illumina MiSeq reads. "seqs_filt_[1-6].fa" should be concatenated into a single file before further processing and analysis. The original fasta file was split to allow uploading under figshare's file size limit. The mapping file specifies sample IDs, barcode sequences, and metadata.
