RNA-Seq Data of Prenatal Muscle Development in large and small Diqing Tibetan Pigs

This dataset contains RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) data from the longissimus dorsi (LD) muscle of large Diqing Tibetan pigs (LTP) and small Diqing Tibetan pigs (STP) at three developmental stages: 55 days of gestation (E55), 75 days of gestation (E75), and immediately after birth (D0). The study focuses on identifying molecular mechanisms underlying muscle development and uncovering genetic factors that contribute to the superior growth and meat quality traits of LTP compared to STP.
