We developed a high-performance pore-scale numerical framework accelerated by GPU computing, which couples fluid flow, reactive mass transport, and pore{-}structure evolution. Three representative pore structures (homogeneous, heterogeneous, and natural soil) were utilized to investigate the effect of bacteria-to-Ca2+ ratio (BCR) on the evolution of precipitation patterns under concentration-limited conditions.The files involves .mat and .vtk files, and they are the evolution of precipitation distribution for homogeneous pore structure under scenarios A.<br>
