During summer to the beginning of autumn, samples of zooplankton were gathered
between water depths 0 and 200 meters weekly from a fixed station in the
English Strait, Chile Bay. Samples were collected by means of a net equipped
with a 220 micron mesh. Investigators studied the behavior of the
zooplankton with respect to environmental variables that were simulaneously
recorded using a CTD sounding profiler Lux.

Semanalmente en una estacion fija, ubicada en el estrecho Ingles frente a Bahia
Chile, durante el verano y comienzo de otono anualmente se han tomado muestras
de zooplancton en tres estratos comprendidos entre 0 y 200 metros, mediante
una red de 220 micrones de abertura de malla, con el proposito de determinar el
comportamiento de las especies zooplanctonicas respecto a las variables
ambientales que se han registrado simultaneamente mediante una sonda
perfiladora CTD Lux.
