Expression data from mouse conventional dendritic cells (cDCs)

We used microarrays to understand the role of L-Kynurenine in inducing tolerogenic cDC2 AhR Flox (Ahr f/f) and Ahr Flox Vav iCre (Ahr f/f Vav iCre) bone marrow derived cDC2 were sort-purified and treated with LPS alone or in combination with L-Kynurenine (L-Kyn) for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to obtain gene expression signature that are induced by L-Kyn in cDC2.
