Comprehensive metabarcoding analysis for archaea, bacteria, fungi and nematodes. soil metagenome

Most of NGS soil studies have focused on single or a few organism classifications (e.g., bacteria only, archaea and bacteria, bacteria and fungi, or nematodes), but not all together. One of the challenges for a comprehensive analysis covering all these organisms is different DNA extraction approaches for different soil organisms. The primary objective of this study is to develop a standard protocol to prepare a common DNA template for analyzing different organisms.
