Mitochondria–lysosome crosstalk dictates the progressive differentiation of Treg cells to limit inflammation-associated immunopathology [scRNA-seq1]

Gene expression profiling in Treg cells and non-Treg immune cells under steady-state and inflammation conditions. Overall design: DTR chimera mice (generated at a 9:1 ratio with BM from Foxp3DTR and Foxp3Cre mice) were treated with DT (called inflammation) or PBS (called steady-state), and, 7 days later, CD4+Foxp3-YFP+ Treg cells and CD45+ (non-Treg) cells were sorted and then mixed 1:1 for input to scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq.
