Chromosome-level genome assembly of Megalurothrips usitatus. Megalurothrips usitatus

Megalurothrips usitatus (Bean blossom thrips), is a serious pest of vegetable crops, especially leguminous crops. Integrating wih Nanopore, Hic and Illunima genomic sequencing data as well as RNA-seq data, we fininshed a high-quality and well annotated chromosome-level genome assembly of M. usitatus. It will provid a fundamental resouces for studing on the genetics, biology and ecology of Thysanoptera.
