Pre-mRNA fate decision by TTP safeguards the fidelity of the inflammatory response

Gene expression analysis of tristetraprolin (TTP; gene name Zfp36) WT and nuclear localisation signal (NLS) mutant in murine RAW264.7 macrophages. In TTP KO RAW264.7 macrophages, a doxycycline inducible 3x C-terminally Myc-tagged TTP WT or NLS mutant was expressed and subsequently stimulated with LPS for 6h. As an additional control, samples only treated with LPS but omitting doxycycline treatment were submitted. Expression of genes was quantitated using QuantSeq 3' mRNA single end sequencing.
