To further understand the molecular mechanism of LPC Overall design: Transcriptome profiling in the LPC-treated skin lesions. Intradermal administration of 10 µl LPC (10mM) or 10 µl normal saline (Vehicle) once per day for 6 consecutive days during the application of IMQ in mice (BALB/c) ear. Four mice in each group were sacrificed on Day4 and Day7, and skin lesions were used for whole-genome transcriptome analysis.
