Dataset for the manuscript: Salinity dependent interfacial phenomena towards Hydrovoltaic device optimization

Hydrovoltaic devices are an emerging technology for sustainable energy generation. By leveraging ordered arrays of silicon nanopillars and developing a quantitative multiphysics model, this work reveals the complex interplay of surface charge, liquid properties, and geometrical parameters in these systems, including previously unexplored electrokinetic interactions. This dataset accompanies the publication "Salinity-dependent interfacial phenomena toward hydrovoltaic device optimization," published in Device (Cell Press). The data can be used to reproduce the plots in Figures 1-6 of the main text and the plots in the supporting information. Each folder has a separate README file.
