Combination Intervention with Anti-CD20 Monoclonal Antibodies and IL-10 Genes in Prevention of TID in NOD Mice

Type 1 diabetes (T1D) is an autoimmune disease (AID) and its main features include progressive pancreatic β cell damages and absolute insufficient endogenous insulin secretion. Now we adopted the “Cocktail” therapy to investigate the preventive effects of combination intervention to T1D in NOD mice. This is serological,immunohistochemical, qPCR and WB related data.
