A DNA molecule comprising a DNA sequence selected from the group consisting of: a) a sequence with at least 85 percent sequence identity to the full length of any of SEQ ID NOs: 27， 28， 20 and 24; b) a sequence comprising any of SEQ ID NOs: 27， 28， 20 and 24; and c) a fragment comprising at least 50 contiguous nucleotides of any of SEQ ID NOs: 27， 28， 20 and 24， wherein the fragment has the gene-regulatory activity of any of SEQ ID NOs: 27， 28， 20 and 24; wherein said sequence is operably linked to a heterologous transcribable polynucleotide molecule.
