To explore the mechanism of miR-582-5p affecting NSC stemness, we transfected miR-582-5p mimics in cultured neurospheres from E14.5 embryos, and performed RNA sequencing. The results showed that 60 genes were up-regulated and 8 genes were down-regulated in neurospheres transfected with the miR-582-5p mimic.
