R project and data spreadsheet

The zipped R project contains the R Workspace used for this study, the R history file, the Microsoft Excel worksheet with all the data, the R project "Scanner model analysis" and the R script.
The Excel spreadsheet contains all the mammary gland thickness measurements from both right and left glands of the 18 dolphins scanned with B-mode ultrasound during the 5-month project duration. Dolphins were separated by type of location and each measurement is colored according to the ultrasound scanner used. Means of all measurements are highlighted in bold. At the bottom of the measurements, there is a figure showing 3 mammary gland ultrasound images from were measurements were taken (for example purposes).
