LicensePatrol Native App

Built using the Snowflake Native App Framework, Elementum’s License Patrol App enables customers to gain complete visibility and control over their software license spend. Elementum’s LicensePatrol provides Snowflake customers the ability to use their data to quickly identify and reclaim unused software licenses.

The Elementum LicensePatrol Snowflake native app installs a machine learning model to determine which users are not actively using an enterprise software application. The native app installs a Snowflake stored procedure in your Snowflake account. Once that is complete, the Elementum lets you define the ML parameters for each application, runs the model on a defined schedule and launches workflow to manage the revocation process.

Data tables included with License Patrol:

EMPLOYEES - Stores limited employee demographics and basic organizational structure information. Fields included: id, first_name, last_name, full_name, email, employee_id, manager_full_name, manager_email, employee_type, department, division, title, employee_status, country, start_date, end_date.
SOFTWARE_CONTRACTS - Captures details about software contracts and their associated prices. Fields included: id, application_name, type, subtype, number_licenses, contract_start_dat, contract_termination_date, enterprise_license, annual_contract_value, version, license_model, status.
APPLICATION_LOGINS - Relates usage of specific software products by employee. Fields included: id, provider, application_id, application_name string, user_id, login_timestamp).
REVOCATION_HISTORY - Serves as an archive for the outputs from the machine learning model that recommends revocation of licenses. Fields included: id, email, revocation_date, license_revoked, probability_no_login.
