Overweight and Obesity in Children

This dataset contains anonymised data from a cross-sectional study examining the associations between Family Nutrition and Physical Activity (FNPA) practices and overweight/obesity among children aged 6–17 years in Türkiye. The dataset includes age, sex, height, weight, BMI, BMI categories, and all FNPA-TR subscale scores. All personal identifiers were removed, and no information that can directly or indirectly identify participants is included. The dataset was used to conduct descriptive analyses and unadjusted logistic regression models assessing predictors of overweight and obesity.
