We present synchronized motion capture, force plate, and processed 24 GHz
Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar recordings from 32 healthy
participants (15 "young" participants aged 32 or younger, and 17 "old"
participants aged 64 or older) performing the One-Legged Stand Test (OLST), a
clinically validated fall risk assessment. The defining events of each of the
1,241 OLST attempts (foot-lift, start-of-stability, end-of-stability, and
foot-touchdown) were labeled across data types using synchronized motion
capture and force plate recordings. The dataset supports research in
biomechanics, digital biomarker development, radar signal processing, and fall
risk characterization. Basic MATLAB and Python utilities are provided for data
loading, visualization, and event alignment.
