MetabSpace data

Data for publication describing chemical characteristics vectors for analyzing metabolomics from untargeted LC-MS data, by Peets et al. Related GitHub: https://github.com/MGXlab/MetabSpace. In the mentioned GitHub space there is a code "CCV_article_figures.R" which can be used to re-analyze all the data available in this Zenodo upload. 

LC-MS data for method development has been gathered from the Earth Microbiome Project. Sample processing and data analysis were performed by the Earth Microbiome Project (www.earthmicrobiome.org), and all amplicon sequence data and metadata have been made public through the EMP data portal (qiita.microbio.me/emp).
